Order cancellation
You may cancel an order free of charge at any time before it has been dispatched. To cancel, email proprietor@airguns.co.in or call +91 97390 56568 with your order number.
Items that cannot be returned
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Pellets and ammunition, once the packaging is opened

Gas cartridges and CO2 capsules

Lubricants, cleaning solutions and consumables

Products that have been used, fired, modified or serviced by anyone other than AIRGUNS.CO.IN or the manufacturer
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping or handling charges paid, at no cost to you.
Please inspect your parcel on delivery. If the outer packaging is visibly damaged, note it with the courier before accepting, where possible.
